A new type of workout is making the buzz in New York – the Bar Method. This is a workout that combines aspects of yoga, Pilates, strength training and stretching. This was first introduced in the new studio in Rye B

Kapil Gautam, 27, is spreading yoga in China where many people believe it is the best way to stay slim. Gautam is popularly known as “Kabbi Laoshi” or Kapil the Teacher and he came to China two years ago to study a
new language. In Shenyang town, he started teaching yoga to people who want to learn the ancient Indian science. He is one of the estimated 400 yoga teachers from India who have made India their home and are making a mark.
