Yoga Book Written for Busy Men

A new yoga book for the busy man is out in the market. Entitled “Yoga And The 21st Century Man Volume 1, Fitting Yoga Into A Busy Man's Life”, this book, written by Roger Null and Dan Erdman, aims to help people experience the joys of yoga. Erdman co-authored the book because mostly, women take yoga classes. He said, “When I went to classes and gatherings, I saw very few men. I could never understand why ... they weren't reaping the benefits of yoga."

Null, a former truck driver and an avid golfer, said, “The days of the hard-driving, no-pain, no-gain workout are gone. This is not an option with yoga . It just feels good.”

Chapters in the book include Introductions to Yoga, with a question-and-answer section; Relaxation and Stress Relief; and Balance and Focus. The book costs $17.95.
