Yoga facelift is a natural approach to reduce wrinkles. People who want a chemical-free facelift can try this form of yoga. Marie Veronique Nadeau, 59, has been doing yoga facelift for two years, and toning more than 130 muscles above her neck, the wrinkles were wiped away.
However, Nadeau said there is a right and wrong way to work the face. If you do the wrong way, you can create more wrinkles without even knowing it. She suggests grabbing your face with your fingers and smiling without moving your lips. Do this five times with three repetitions each.
