The HariOmYoga is a new yoga studio in Langley, BC that recognizes a connection between performance, stress, and healthy well-being. It is a multi-styled Yoga Studio the offers Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Kid's Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Beginner's Yoga.
HariOmYoga's 1300-sq. ft. yoga studio area is done in bamboo floors (instead of carpeting for hygienic reasons), and a brick wall with windows all reminiscent of a Manhattan Loft space. There is a yoga resource library where you can read yoga books / magazines and a private teaching studio is on the main floor along with 2000 sq. ft of ActiveWear Retail Clothing and Yoga Accessories.
Hari Om Yoga is located across Save-On Foods , London Drugs, and Wal-Mart on 64th ave (before 203) and behind Life Mark Physiotherapy. Parking is readily available with over 70 spots.
