Vail Yoga Studio to Hold Bike & Yoga Workshop

A biking and yoga workshop will be held at the Mountain Lotus, Vail Athletic Club in Vail, Colorado this Saturday, May 31. The workshop will be facilitated by certified yoga instructor and cyclist Eric Lavigne at the Vail Mountain Lodge and Spa. Pre-register at the Vail Athletic Club. The workshop costs $40 will be held between 10am - 1:30pm.
The workshop is in support of the National Bike Awareness Month and includes the yoga meditation technique. It aims to promote yoga as a means to create and build cyclists' strength, endurance, and flexibility. All yoga and cycling enthusiasts are invited to join regardless of ability and skill level. Physical and skill issues specific to cyclist's performance will be addressed during the workshop.
