Yoga Classes Offered at Church in Jeffersonville

The First Christian Church is offering a yoga class for busy people from Southern Indiana and Louisville every Tuesday from 6 to 7pm at 3209 Middle Road, Jeffersonville.

The yoga class is basically for busy people, or those who work the entire day or overnight, and who have no time to relax. The yoga class is designed for all skill levels to cater to a wide range of busy people.

Professional yoga teachers will be teaching the class. They will introduce exercises and positions which could help the participants to relax and condition as they overcome stress from everyday life. Participants should bring their own yoga mats.

Each yoga session costs $10. To register, just call Amanda Wagoner or Lorna Knight at 282-1278.
