Yoga Designed for Cancer Patients

Lewiston, Poland - Marcy Covey teaches yoga classes for cancer patients. She designed a toolkit that involves relaxation techniques and practices to improve physical and mental well-being.

The yoga class aims to help the cancer patients cope with their situation without losing themselves. It can also help the patients to remain relaxed and hopeful despite of their illness.

Those who are interested to join the class may see Marcy at Wellness Center in 12 High Street at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston where she teaches every Thursday, 2-3pm.
