Pratt Recreation Commission Offers Yoga for Adults

The Pratt Recreation Commission in Kansas offers yoga classes for adults. The classes will be held at the Municipal Building and will be facilitated by yoga instructor Joni Siemens.
Participants have the option to sign up for either a day class or an evening class. The day class, called Yoga for Energy and Strength, will start on July 1, and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 9-10am. The fee is $40. The evening class, or Yoga for Relaxation, will begin on July 7 and will be held every Monday at 7-8pm. The fee for the evening yoga class is $20.
