Sports Yoga Ski to Improve Skiing Techniques

Bayview Entertainment recently announced that they will be launching Sports Yoga Ski, a new fitness program wherein yoga is used to help skiing enthusiasts in improving their techniques on the slopes.

According to the producers of the said program, professional yoga instructor Billy Asad will guide the audience into a complete series of yoga poses which will help improve skiing fitness. Some of the exercises in the Sports Yoga Ski are Warm-up & Core work, Lower Body Stamina, and Abs & Back Strengthening Exercises.

The Sports Yoga Ski is set to hit the US market this coming August. It will also be available in all major online retailers like Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Best Buy, and more.
