Yoga Classes Offered at Cape May County Library

The Cape May County Library in New Jersey is offering yoga classes for teens every Wednesday at the Main Branch of the library.
Teen Yoga is open to all yoga enthusiasts, 12 to 18 years old, with a valid Cape May County Library Card. Since the location can only accommodate limited numbers, interested participants are advised to register in advance.
The said classes, which started yesterday, July 30, provide young individuals the opportunity to learn various postures as well as the value of staying fit and having fun. The yoga classes are led by Kripala Certified Yoga Instructor and owner of Just Breathe Yoga, Christina Newdeck.
