Yoga Nidra Workshop at YMCA in Ketchum, Idaho

Yoga enthusiasts are invited to sign up for the Yoga Nidra Workshop which will be held every Wednesday at YMCA in Ketchum, Idaho. Yoga Nidra, which means yogic sleep or sleep of the yogis, is a guided meditation that helps you become more alert. The workshop will kick of this coming July 23 and will last until August 13. The one-hour class will start at 8am.

Interested participants are requested to register in advance at the YMCA since only a limited number of people will be accommodated. The yoga classes are offered to YMCA members for $25. Non-members may also sign up for $50.
