Yoga Master to Hold Yoga Sessions in Hospital

Sri Swami Adhyatmanandaji, a yoga master from India, is set to visit the Community Medical Center which is located at 99 Route 37 W., Toms River, NJ to present yoga sessions in the Yoga and Health Seminar. It will be held on September 6 at 4:00 to 6:30PM and on September 7 at 10:30 to 11:30AM.

The Yoga and Health Seminar is free of charge and is open to everyone. During the seminar, participants will learn yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and the relation of yoga to other specific medical conditions. Each participant should bring a yoga mat. Call (888) SBHS-123 to register.
