Reconnect to the Playfulness Within

Our highest aim is to bring individuals into a state of union with themselves, with each other, and with the divine. From this place of mutual support the true self can be realized, honored and shared for the benefit of all.
Preliminary Itinerary: Acro Yoga Jam Session (FREE)-; Friday, 1/16, 6:30 - 8:00pm Come get a taste of Acro Yoga. This 1.5 hour jam session will introduce participants to Acro Yoga fundamentals and allow them to get a feel for what is possible with Acro Yoga.
Then join us for a two day workshop, that will take participants through partner flow, acrobatics, acrobatic flying, and Thai yoga massage. All levels of fitness are welcome and you do NOT need to have a partner to participate; new friends will be made.
Partner Flow, Acrobatics, and Acrobatic Flying-; Saturday, 1/17 at 1:30-4:30pm
We will start with the fundamentals and work our way up to more challenging poses. Everyone will base, fly, and spot.
Building upon what we learned- Sunday, 1/18 (Attendance in Saturday's workshop is a requisite in order to register for this class) at 1:30-4:30pm
Participants will specialize in flying or basing. We will work towards a full sequence of acrobatic flying. The workshop will close with a short "jam session" where participants can request more advanced flying techniques be shown and attempted.
David Chapman is a certified yoga teacher, certified Acro Yoga teacher, and co-founder of Neurogenic Yoga. He doesn't have any cool letters after his name because he is allergic to them.
