Harrison Ennis now offers instruction in a comprehensive, dynamic yoga cross-training format. This is a yoga life science regimen geared for novice beginners to seasoned veterans.
Yoga by Ennis is disciplined personal training that discards the outdated, often harmful, un-integrated standards of current physical culture modalities. The program, unparalleled in its efficiency and effectiveness is specifically, and scientifically designed for the lifestyle of humankind in the new millennium. It provides a synergistic grouping of knowledge and practical application for the three life science factors of exercise, nutrition, and spiritual metaphysics in a tight knit, all-inclusive regimen.
This personal training in format form is an applied science of life program for individual, group, or seminar sessions. It is an all-encompassing approach to the health of body, mind, and emotions. Each session includes pro-active inner work techniques designed to align the subtle energetics, and raise the overall level of health, along with interactive sequencing of power yoga / dynamic yoga, anaerobic / aerobic exercises, hardcore bodyweight segments, breath work, aura strengthening protocols, and particular ordained routines that provide for your highest absolute peak exercise capability.
In essence, the sessions synthesize and bring about greater understanding of the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical aspects of life, how they operate in relation to each other, and offers information on how we, as individuals, can keep these multi-dimensional aspects operating in harmony for the well-being of our total entity, and our future existence.

HLE has performed a systematic and exhaustive examination on the science of life for over a quarter of a century. He is an adept in kundalini yoga and inner plane hierarchy. Has over twenty-five years experience in his personal anointed practice. Is a gifted intuitive relative to the inner-plane energetic needs of individual clients. A published author, as well as owning various design patents. He has a lifelong involvement in physical culture, to include: martial arts, yoga, and traditional exercise, along with various obscure modalities. Some of his previous pursuits are licensed private investigator, bodyguard, club bouncer and training partner for former PKA World Heavyweight Champion. He is a tracker of cutting edge health products and practices, as well as being a fitness / wellness researcher and coach, esoteric educator, and life science counselor. Past general manager for one of the largest health and fitness club facilities in a major metropolitan area.
