At Ease Retreat

THURSDAY, 28 MAY 2009

Beginning September 14, 2009, the At Ease Retreat will begin sessions for this total body rejuvenation retreat. Exclusively limited to 14, participants of this new wellness adventure will eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness, meditation, holistic nutrition and stress free spa treatments for six nights or more. Aiming for the perfect blend of body slimming exercise and body renewing sessions, Vita Vie Retreat will push clients with shallow water walking and running, Pilates, sunrise beach yoga, body sculpting at the beach, classes on stress reduction, meditation and anti aging practices and more. “We’re going to be educating people on their bodies, their environments and what they can do to protect themselves from disease and how to promote long, healthy, vibrant lives. It’s also time to learn how to rid our bodies of stress to we can function the best we possibly can.

This tough economy has taken a toll on many of us in a number of ways. We’re mentally and physically stressed and we need to help ease that tension for our clients” says retreat owner, Margot Rutigliano. Long days of hard work will be rewarded with healthy, gourmet spa meals, candlelit cobblestone walking at sunset on the sun deck, relaxation and meditation. “It will be the perfect combination of kick butt workouts and total relaxation,” adds Rutigliano. Held at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, spacious rooms boast Westin’s signature 10 layer Heavenly Bed and graceful views of the Intracoastal Waterway or the Atlantic Ocean. In addition, rooms have wireless internet access, coffee maker with Starbuck’s coffee, Heavenly Shower and Bath Accessories and more.

In addition to vigorous exercise and lectures, a brand new 8100 square foot spa with Jacuzzis and steam rooms in each locker room awaits each guest with treatments ranging from skin care to sports massage. Fresh lemon water as well as fresh cut fruit adorn the spa’s relaxation area. Three spa treatments are included in each package to ensure total rejuvenation. To infuse the spa aspect into the fitness classes, Vita Vie Retreat also provides clients with essential oil towelettes for quick clean ups in the scents of lavender, grapefruit and eucalyptus. A fully equipped fitness center and preplanned running routes compliment the fitness classes for eager clients looking for additional avenues for working out.

The 6 night package includes accommodations, three healthy meals daily, all At Ease Retreat classes and lectures and three spa treatments per person. The rate is $2990 single and $2300 double per person. More information can be found by calling 800-768-5708 or by visiting www.bvretreat.com/ateaseretreat.html.
