Yoga Hits the Community!

This enthusiastic yoga teacher is keen to share her yoga knowledge from India to ALL the community. Katie works with Great Britian's talented Olympic athletes Keri-ann Payne (world champion open water), James Gaddard, Dave Carry... and works with education, teaching primary school children, young people in Manchester and Stockport.

Author and yoga enthusiast Katie is currently campaigning to bring the bonuses of yoga to schools and community groups in the area as she believes this ancient Eastern art form can heal souls as well as bringing physical fitness and health.
