Main instructor, David Goulet was certified in India in 1972 at Ananda Ashram in Pondicherry. He has 33 years of teaching experience in a variety of situations from individual private sessions to groups of 40. During this time he has not had any injuries in his classes because of a very gentle and progressive approach to Hatha yoga. In classes and courses he incorporates breath with movement and posture while bringing in the connections between mind and body. The chakras are elaborated upon in theory and with the practice of visual concentration techniques that are unique to this system of yoga. David has worked for some years in the alternative health field, applying yoga to promote the healing of degenerative diseases such as cancer and others. Currently has a retreat center in Thailand. |
