Raj Yog Nivas Yoga West - Home of Kundalini Yoga. The centre offers kundalini yoga classes, as well as prenatal and post natal yoga. Teacher training lessons are also availabe. Teacher Training courses runs from October to May and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour course. It is held one weekend a month. This an intense course which will challenge you to grow.
