Trine Yoga is a mobile yoga group headed by Cielo English. Being deeply intrigued by her studies of healing arts and human biology finally led her to practice yoga. With roots in Kundalini, certification as a Hatha yoga instructor, and deep studies in the Iyengar tradition, she offers a well rounded class. Cielo strives to provide practical knowledge of human biology combined with Ayurveda to give you a deeper awareness of yourself and your personal yoga practice.
Hatha yoga can be a dynamic flow of postures, linked together with breath to guide you into and out of postures. You are encouraged to work at your own pace.
Regular practice of Yoga maintains balance in the body through stimulation of the endocrine sytem, resulting in improvement in all metabolics of the body. Spinal alignment and stability is improved by strengthening and toning large and small muscles of the body, increasing immunity and total body circulation. Creating longer, leaner muscles with improved elasticity is the key to injury prevention and restoration.
Yoga teaches us practical ways to cope with the stresses of life, on and off the mat. We become calmer, more compassionate individuals, with bettered self awareness and a sense of peace. It is a perfectly complete program for body, mind and spirit.
