Jody Myers (B.P.E.)completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in 1980 at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the USA under the direct tutelage of the founders of Kripalu Yoga. In 1989 she completed the Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program at the Kripalu Centre. Jody is a senior yoga teacher in the Atlantic region.
