Karen Claffey, RYT, fondly known as Karie (middle name Heaven), was introduced to yoga, alternative health and healing, as well as nutrition and whole foods by her mother at the age of 12. During her teens and early twenties, while she sowed her wild oats Karen's healthy habits were put on hold. In 1984, Karie brought herself back on track, as a means to heal a health crisis.
