Prana Yoga

We offer classes in Vinyasa, Hatha, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Teens, and Yoga for Kids. We also provide classes in Pranayama (yogic breathing), Guided Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. All of our teachers help to provide the fundmental teachings of yoga, they are also kind and respectful, helping students learn and understand foreign concepts.

Additional Prana Yoga offers a variety of workshops that focus on particular areas, including workshops on Hip and Shoulder, Partner Prenatal, Sanskrit Studies (learning the beautiful, yet ancient language of Sanskrit), Introduction to Yoga (Spanish and English), Introduction to Buddhism, Balancing, and many more. Prana Yoga also hosts Satsangs (social gathering with a teaching on a specailized topic as well as recitation of mantras) on a monthly basis, that enable students learn more about life and achieveing personal happiness. We also conduct a ten week course on Psychic Development. In addition, we provide a Teacher Traning Program, offering all of our future yogis the best education in the philosophy of yoga.

Single classes are $16, although prepaid packages are avaliable and have a one year expiration date.
