A bit about our Yoga Studio: Red Door Yoga is a Registered Yoga School that also offers those interested in becoming yoga instructors a certified Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Red Door Yoga is a yoga studio designed for everyone, regardless of their level of experience. Offering yoga teacher training, ongoing yoga and meditation classes, as well as specialty workshops, Red Door Yoga is a calm, centered space for those who are looking to learn how to do yoga,how to teach yoga, advanced students of yoga, as well as special Parent & Child Yoga Classes.
Our highly trained instructors have studied and teach many different paths, including Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Classical Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Meditation and Therapeutic Massage.
Red Door Yoga also offers massage therapy (including deep tissue massage, thai yoga massage and special yoga & massage sessions) and acupuncture in our Winter Park studio, near downtown Orlando.
Red Door Yoga's Teacher Training Program is a 200-hour certification program in Hatha yoga that qualifies the candidate to become a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. The program is designed for those who plan to incorporate yoga into a health-related career and also suitable for those seeking to deepen their personal practice and understanding of yoga. The training is a balance between theory and practice. Candidates will learn Hatha yoga postures and how to teach safely and effectively. Classes will also address specialty populations such as senior citizens, pre-/post-natal yoga, and medical applications of yoga. In addition to classes in Anatomy & Physiology, candidates will learn about diet and nutrition, meditation and deep relaxation techniques, pranayama or enhanced breathing techniques, and will also study Raja Yoga, the yogic study of the mind which deals with the philosophical foundations of yoga.
The tuition includes instruction and unlimited yoga classes at Red Door Yoga while enrolled in the program. Tuition does not include text books (approximately $60) and yoga mat/supplies.Tuition for Yoga Teacher Training is $2,000.00 and covers your entire course of study. The full tuition (minus the deposit) for the module is due before the start of the first class.
PLEASE NOTE: Class size is VERY limited. Please place your $250 deposit online to guarantee your reservation for the Yoga Teacher Training. You may also send your check with your completed application to Red Door Yoga. Your deposit will go directly toward your $2,000.00 fee.
