The dates have been carefully selected according to the lunar cycle in the quiet season with ideal temperatures, creating the optimum conditions to swim with the dolphins.

We will spend 4-5 mornings snorkeling with the dolphins and turtles. You will be escorted by locals and you can always rest in one of the kayaks if you need a break.

Snorkeling with the dolphins in the brilliant, clear blue waters is such an exciting and uplifting experience. At times, the dolphin pods swim right underneath or pass beside you on cruise-control. They can also get really playful and swim cheekily around you, jumping out of the water. Sometimes a couple of them may slow down, swimming with you and make eye contact. Every encounter is so unique!

Every day there will be a blend of Yogalates, pranayama and meditation practices to choose from.

You have the option to join us in the various activities provided or just take time out to relax. We can organise a massage, beauty or bodywork session for you.

Additional: All the rooms are different. Most accomodation is twin shared, and bathroom / jaccuzzi may be shared with one other, unless otherwise requested. This may require an additional charge. Please indicate your preferences with your enquiry. For small groups, there may be self-contained spaces with kitchen, though retreat is fully catered with a large communal kitchen. Telephone phone is available, though usually not in the room. There are TV/ DVD facilities (some private, some shared) though most people don't have the time nor the inclination!

Additional: The Registration form on the website provides a questionnaire. Please enter any allergies or dietary limitations, so we can cater to those needs ahead of time. There is also a health questionnaire, where you enter any injuries or health concerns.

Additional	All breakfasts plus nine meals are included. On our touring days, you will have various dining choices en route or can organise a picnic pack in advance. Massage, bodywork and pampering treatments may be organised upon request.

SCHEDULES & ITINERARIES

Mornings will begin a fusion of yoga and pilates with some pranayama breathing...to stretch, strengthen and energise ourselves for the day.

We will spend 4-5 mornings swimming with the wild dolphins and turtles.
Drinks and light snacks before we leave, returning to a hearty breakfast.

Then you will have free - time to read, relax or have a massage, followed by a healthy lunch.
Some days we will tour, others we will have activities on-site.

We will visit a sacred site, cultural centre and tour the Hawaii Volcanoes national park.
For shoppers and art enthusiasts, we will visit some stunning local galleries and visit the famous
Hilton Waikaloa Village renowned for its exquisite flora and birdlife, landscaping and art exhibits.
Experience ritual, ceremoy and creative activities like hula and lei-making.

Late afternoons, restorative yoga postures and meditation.

Evenings will be a feast to the senses, from the food to the surprises we have in store for you!

All activities are optional. It is your choice whether you have a more adventurous or laid-back retreat.

Policies & Conditions

A 25% security deposit is required to secure your space in the retreat.

Cancellation policy: If you find that it is absolutely neccessary for you to cancel your planned participation in the retreat, please know that your beautiful spirit and energy will be missed.

However, for over 30 days, we must retain 50% of your security deposit If you cancel under 30 days prior to the retreat, the full deposit ill be retained to offset expenses.

Refunds will be applied to your credit card within 5 business days or mailed in the form of a checque if that was your original payment method.

Travelers Insurance: Is required to be carried by all participants. Please arrange this in advance of your arrival to the retreat. Our staff is completely capable and qualified to give you the best care possible and professional service throughout your stay. Travelers Insurance is required to cover you in the event of an emergency.
