We are located in downtown Palatine near the train station.We offer a full range of yoga classes including gentle mat, mom & tot, level 1 & 2 and advanced, We have Meditation and Pranayama classes. We have a Teacher Training Program which is Yoga Allaince Certified. We also have Massage and Therapeutic Body Work.
