Visit us for a free yoga session & experience our beautiful studio. We are located in South Overland Park approximately two blocks East of Metcalf on 152nd St. We offer ongoing various levels of classes. Hatha, Power, Vinyasa & Hot Yoga are offered daily in our two large beautiful rooms. New Day Yoga Studio also provides childcare, massage therapy, reiki/energy work and hypnotherapy.
