We offer more classes, including a greater variety of classes for lower fees than any other yoga studio or fitness center. Very few studios in the world offer daily Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Prenatal Yoga. Many of our teachers offer their services as volunteers or at reduced rates.
