Fall Foliage Self-Healing Retreat

DAY 1:explore the physical plane through colorful lense of Fall Foliage -- enjoy an invigorating mountain hike followed by massage to sooth weary mind and muscle.
DAY 2: Workshop with Mary Bowen, a Pilates Elder and Jungian therapist who had the distinct opportunity to work directly with Pilates creator Joseph Pilates. Mary's discussion will focus on how Pilates acts as a mirror of self-reflection and the ways in which the configuration of the mind manifests in the physical body. The lecture will be followed by individual Pilates sessions. Private pilates lessons will follow.
DAY 3: Moving from the physical plane to the spiritual plane, Sunday will focus on Kundalini Yoga and Universal Kabbalah. We will begin with a Kundalini Yoga set to open and align the body, heart, mind, and spirit through movement, breath work, and the science of Naad, or chanting mantra. Kundalini Yoga awakens the dormant spiritual energy that lives within us all. It is the spiritual technology that puts us on the path of true transformation and enlightenment by releasing us from the negative patterns of thought and behavior that only serve to confine. We will then move into a discussion of the Divine Spiritual Wisdom that is Universal Kabbalah. Universal Kabbalah is a unique blend of Kabbalah and Kundalini Yoga developed by world-renowned Kabbalist and Kundalini Yogi, Joseph.

| Meditation | The meditation portion of our yoga sets include mantra. All mantra is based on the science of NAAD, the secrets hidden in sound to bring about a higher consciousness. NAAD refers to communicating harmony.
