On-Site Group Yoga/Pilates Classes
This 1-hour, on-site class offers basic yoga and/or pilates instruction, enabling participants to return to work with a calm focused energy. All classes consist of breathing exercises, warm-up stretches, flowing sequences, and exercises that build strength and stamina. Each session ends with a relaxing guided meditation designed to decrease stress and promote physical and mental wellness.

Yoga classes incorporate an eclectic approach with emphasis on energy flow, alignment, and breath awareness. Pilates classes focus on diaphragmatic breathing, kinesthetic awareness and core strength. Yoga and pilates can be combined into one class. Benefits include improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress reduction, self-awareness and general well being.

On-Site Private Yoga Sessions
While group classes are an effective way of practicing yoga, yoga is a personal practice. Students looking for personal guidance supplement their yoga classes with private instruction.

In a private training session, yoga is applied uniquely to each person. Sessions allow students of all levels to explore specific areas of interest such as alignment in asanas, meditation, philosophy, etc. Generally some time is spent in discussion, isolating structural issues, assessing abilities, improving the body's form and technique, working on breathing exercises, enhancing relaxation/meditation methods, and learning how to listen to the body's signals.

Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed based on an individual's specific needs, goals, and preferences. Clients learn and practice these techniques at their own pace and within their own limitations. Attentively guided by verbal instruction, imagery, demonstration, and hands-on direction, the students can enhance their yoga practice in a way that is not necessarily attainable in group classes.

On-Site Group Exercise Classes
Energy in Motion offers a variety of exercise classes for all levels of ability. Instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and energetic and are committed to teaching safe yet effective classes for all participants. Classes are designed to be fun and invigorating as well as safe in accordance with guidelines from national certifying organizations. Participants will gain an improvement in cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility while having fun at the same time!

Exercise Program Development
Exercise program design is for individuals interested in a personalized exercise program based on individual goals, interests, health history, medical considerations, and personal preferences. A complete health history is collected and health goals and interests are assessed. An exercise program is developed based on this information and then shown to the client. Program development is generally completed in a minimum of 2-3 sessions lasting between 30-90 minutes.

Our Certificatons   Tiffiny Twardowsky has been in the health & wellness industry for over 20 years designing exercise programs, conducting wellness seminars and health promotion programs, & teaching group exercise classes. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Exercise Physiology & a Masters of Science in Health/Fitness Management. Tiffiny is an ACE certified group exercise instructor, a certified Nutrition Specialist, & a Registered Yoga Instructor for the National Yoga Alliance. She is CPR/AED & First Aid Certified. Passionate about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and a sound well-being, her teaching style combines the science of physiology with the holistic principles of yogic philosophy. This all-encompassing approach improves both physical health and mental well-being.

Policies & Conditions
Exercise and yoga sessions generally run every eight weeks with classes once or twice per week. However, because personal preferences differ, specific schedules and program details can be tailored to meet the needs of the participants and/or organization.

Non-specialty exercise classes (i.e. kickboxing, step, strength training, etc.)
15 person minimum: $76 per person for 1 session with 16 classes ($4.75/class)
10 person minimum: $113 per person for 1 session with 16 classes ($7.06/class)

Specialty classes (i.e. yoga, pilates, etc.)
15 person minimum: $48 per person for 1 session with 8 classes ($6.00/class)
10 person minimum: $72 per person for 1 session with 8 classes ($9.00/class)
Walk-in: $15.00

Private yoga/meditation training
$90 per hour for one training
$80 per hour for ten or more trainings

Exercise Program Development
$270 per exercise program – generally completed in a minimum of 2-3 sessions lasting between 30-90 minutes
