The Yoga and Meditation Center of Montclair, founded in 1976 by Susan Morton, is the oldest school of yoga in northern New Jersey. Devoted to the study of classical hatha yoga and meditation, the Center, has a fully equipped studio that looks onto a meditation garden. The garden is a serene woodland retreat, bordered by a natural stream, that enhances the experience of yoga and meditation.
