Our studio is conveniently located downtown on the light rail and streetcar lines. Shopping, restaurants, and the major hotels are in close proximity. We offer 34 classes weekly on a drop-in basis. Our introductory special offers 7 days of unlimited classes for only $20.

Our 15 teachers come from widely eclectic backgrounds. Most have studied with the leading national and international teachers in their chosen styles of practice. All of our teachers continue to also be students as a great deal of what we teach comes from our own ongoing practice. |
