Classical Ashtanga Yoga Lineage. Level 1 - Beginners guided through gentle Hatha Yoga and Meditation, foundation postures to strengthen core and discipline: $180/ 10 classes. Level 2 - Vinyasa Flow, guided 1.5 hr class, emphasis on coordinated breath and asana coupled w/ meditative awareness. Therapy Sessions: Individuals receive assisted release. $125/ 1.5 hour session
