Healing Expressions
I offer a variety of services that cater to the mind, body and soul. All services offered (yoga, meditation, fitness coaching, reiki and spiritual response therapy) give you the opportunity to go within and heal from the inside out. I have my own private studio where I give yoga classes and offer meditation as well. I am mobile so private classes can be given to you in your home.
With the one on one fitness coaching I offer help with your "diet" (diet being defined as what you eat) and encourage you to keep a food journal which helps you build awareness and conscious eating habits. I teach you skills to help you lose weight, get in shape or simply feel good about your body.
Reiki is a hands on healing technique done in my studio, it is extremely relaxing and life changing! Finally Spiritual Response Therapy is another healing techniqe which removes any negative subconscious programming and supports your positive life expression. It is a wonderful, powerful healing that brings about instant clarity and helps you move foward with wisdom. Spiritual Response Therapy can be done via distance so wherever you find yourself in the world you can simply email or call me and we can do the work with just as much effectiveness as if you were in front of me.
I offer half day and full day wellness packages as well. Included with those is fresh organic fruit, yogi teas and water. They are life changing and heart opening experiences! In a half day package you will receive 1 hour of yoga, 30 minutes of meditation, 1 hour of Reiki or 1.5 hours of Spiritual Response Therapy. In a full day package you will receive the same plus more! Lunch and a 1 hour massage is also included.
Besides the services offered, my website is full of tools and interesting information for you to read and soak in. Enjoy it to it's fullest capacity!
