Charlene Fox is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer certified through both the Yoga Alliance (500 Hour) and the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher's Association. Charlene is the owner/director of the Yoga Academy of Texas and focuses totally on workshops, seminars, retreats, and teacher training. She has led retreats in Texas, Mexico and Costa Rica. Classes focus on sound vibration, breath, mantra, meditation and yogic lifestyle in addition to sharing the practice of kundalini yoga style kriyas. Charlene has been teaching since 1986 and has studied directly with Yogi Bhajan as well as several other renowned teachers.

Charlene is also a Registered Massage Therapist, Massage Therapy Instructor, Continuing Education Provider for Massage Therapy, Reiki Master/Teacher, Healing Touch Practitioner, and continuing ed provider for yoga teachers through the Yoga Alliance. Charlene is certified at the 500 Hour level to train yoga instructors through the Yoga Alliance.
