Yoga Space Studio
Yoga Space Studio is owned by certified Anusara Yoga instructor Adam Ballenger and offers a wide variety of class options for all. Beyond the comfort of the yoga room and the rest of the studio, most students take great comfort in the direct attention and the desire of the staff to teach. The level of instruction has been complimented on often and we are sure you will enjoy it to. The studio setting is just next to Big Cottonwood Canyon allowing visitors a quick run up to the ski resorts or for some playful mountain hikes. The studio is also surrounded by a variety of restaurant options and hotels. We are a quick 25-35 minute drive from the airport or downtown unless you are coming in during a low traffic time, then the trip can be even less than 20 minutes. The classes at Yoga Space Studio are filled with students of all ages and experience. You will find the range of classes to accommodate all levels and most desires. The studio regularly hosts nationally know presenters and hosts it’s own internally instructed workshops and class series.
