Carlos leads and teaches numerous Yoga and health retreats around the world. Along with his partner Caitlin Matteson they form a unique dynamic teaching duo with transformative, fun, & energetic flowing classes incorporating Pranayama, held poses & visualization. Currently based out of Bainbridge Island, their life-long passion for yoga has taken this duo around the world teaching Yoga.
