Turn up as it suits you to classes in Ashtanga, Hatha, Kundalini, Iyengar, Dru and gentle yoga, or try meditation and pilates classes. There are over 75 classes per week to choose from! Our well-respected 12 month teacher training course runs from Late January to November each year. You can also join a constant choice of advanced workshops and courses in aspects of yoga, pranayama and meditation.
Qi is also home to some of Sydney's most professional natural therapists across all the mainstream natural therapy modalities including Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Massage, Psychotherapy, Chiropractic and more.
