Mid-Week Break
Chenrezig Institute is set amongst 160 acres of rainforest on the Sunshine Coast hinterland about one and a half hours north of Brisbane and about 25 minutes from the coast. These mid-week breaks are a great way of learning basic meditation and yoga techniques while staying in a beautiful, relaxing environment.
