A one-to-one link between teacher and student is the most efficient and enjoyable way to practice yoga. Together we will develop a short personal practice which you do at home. We meet more oftern at the beginning of our time together and each class is customised for your needs.
Ayurveda expands the usefulness of yoga postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation and chanting by looking at your lifestyle as a whole and at your diet in detail. Sometimes we eat good food that is not compatible with our physiology. Sometimes we eat in a rushed manner which does not allow complete digestion. It is a marvel to review ancient recommendations that promote wellness.
Weekend retreats are held in a modern five bedroom house in the bush outside of Toodyay, Western Australia. There is a limit of 5 participants. Ayurveda and yoga practices are experienced first-hand.
