The Method consists of three steps:
1. The initial step’s objective is to prepare the practitioner to withstand the evolutionary thrust that will occur in the following steps. It reinforces the biological structure considerably and immediately increases vitality. It consists of pre-Yôga and ashtánga sádhana.
2. The medial step’s objective is the practitioner’s intensive purification and sexual energization. It consists of bhúta shuddhi and maithuna.
3. The final step’s objective is to awaken kundaliní energy, producing the development of chakras, paranormal powers, and, finally, the blossoming of the hyperconsciousness called samádhi. It consists of kundaliní and samádhi.
