Imagine starting your day with a yoga session in front of the beach, breathing in the exotic smells, listening to the waves crashing, the wind gently blowing, and the birds chirping. After your yoga practice you enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast featuring local fruits and juices. After refueling your body, you head out to explore the surrounding beaches, forests, and villages by kayak, bike, horseback, or on foot. In the evening, you relax by the pool or in a hammock, before basking in the sites, sounds, and flavors of an exotic village. At night, you retire to your comfortable accommodations to enjoy a well deserved rest.
This is what awaits you at one of our Yoga Adventure Retreats.
Our yoga vacations are for the active individual looking to combine foreign travel with their yoga practice. The vibe is casual and relaxing. All of the daily adventures are included, but you can participate at your leisure. Within each daily adventure, extensive “chill out” time is included.
Our locations in Arraial D’Ajuda and Morro de Sao Paulo, Bahia-Brazil only add to this incredible vacation experience. These vibrant villages are full of charming restaurants, bars, galleries, and shops. Traditional sites and sounds of Bahia, including music and capoeira, are scattered throughout the villages.
Our yoga retreats are for all levels of yogis. From the beginner looking to jump start their yoga practice, to the experienced student looking to reenergize themselves and their practice. Our instructors have several years of teaching experience, and are certified in various styles of yoga.
