Adi Shakti Healing Adventure
The healing holiday is an intensive immersion in self healing with a thorough cleansing and rejuvenating program which includes Brazilian herbal therapy, infrared sauna and frequency therapy. Take this opportunity to renew yourself. You can expect to sleep to the lullaby of crickets and wake up to a symphony of birds singing. We have frequent visits from wild monkeys and iridescent butterflies. We'll start each day with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and a hike. Evening workshops and Pilates classes. We'll prepare you 3 gourmet vegetarian
meals daily, using fresh local vegetables and a wide variety of exotic fruit. Picture yourself sipping fresh coconut juice from an embracing hammock.
For the adventurous souls, we will spend the last 4 days in Rio, exploring Rio de Janeiro, one of the worlds most beautiful costal cities. This will be for sightseeing, swimming and shopping after our healing holiday.

Wednesday
Arrive and get situated in the hotel. Explore the local beaches and/or go shopping.
Thursday
Half Day Corcovado: Enjoy an amazing tour to Corcovado where you can see the Statue of Christ the Redeemer and admire some marvellous views of the city.
Half Day Sugar Loaf: Enjoy a cable car ride to the summit of Sugar Loaf Mountain. From here you will be able to appreciate 360 degree views of the city and surrounding area.
Friday
Full Day Tropical Islands: Get on board a schooner from the beautiful village of Itacuruca and enjoy a full day of sun and sailing the crystal blue waters on the crystal blue waters on the Sepetiba bay.
Saturday
Visit the National Park in the mountains outside of Rio in TERESÓPOLIS E PETROPOLIS. There's hiking and historical sites as this was the refuge for the King and Queen to escape from the summer heat at the turn of last century. It is cooler and green.
Sunday
Last day to go shopping and/or beach in Copacabana or Ipanema (walking distance from all the hotels). The Hippie Fair is in Ipanema and a must...great artistic handcrafts. Great place to buy souveniers.
