Welcome to Samudra. We run surf and yoga retreats in magnificent ocean settings around the world. The word Samudra is a Sanskrit term which means “Ocean”. In Yoga, we often bind a pose, or create a symbolic seal of our intent to move inward with our concerns. The word for this seal is “Mudra”. It is our intent to bind the experience of ocean and body.
