You have probably heard about Chile’s fantastic landscape, its friendly people and wonderful climate. We also know Chile as a place of personal transformation and great spiritual power.
The Yoga Adventure is more than a yoga holiday. It is a deep exploration into our connection with the wonders of nature, guided by experienced facilitators. You will see places that only local knowledge can provide.
Like a river returning home, our trip will begin in the heart of the Andes mountains and end at the vast, Pacific Ocean.
On this journey you will have the chance to explore your relationship with yourself, others and the environment. It is a great chance to acknowledge and appreciate the spiritual continuum.
This unique experience is based on yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation- supported by NLP, a Sweat Lodge, facilitated learning and coaching.
Accommodation is in beautiful cabins set in stunning natural locations.
Wonderful vegetarian, organic food is provided throughout (other diets can also be catered for).

We will meet you in Santiago, Chile’s capital city. You should time your flight to arrive at least the day before we start. We can recommend hotels in Santiago.
Saturday Travel to Cajon del Maipo. Arrival and lunch, gentle yoga and stunning scenery followed by dinner in the restaurant overlooking the canyon.
Sunday Yoga in one of the most spectacular venues you will ever see. A relaxing walk to waterfalls for an invigorating natural shower.
Monday Ride out on horse-back to a high mountain plateau where we will camp.
Tuesday Pranayama and meditation followed by a Native American Sweat Lodge by a mountain stream. Camp.
Wednesday Return to valley, relaxation choosing optional massage, sauna, yoga.
Thursday Travel to spectacular coastal yoga retreat centre. Afternoon yoga.
Friday Yoga, sauna, relaxation by the pool or exploring the grounds. In the afternoon we will work on NLP techniques to apply to yoga practice and life in general.
Saturday Course closure. Return to Santiago for outbound flights or hotels prior to departure.

Gabriela Maass is the creator of Continuum Vinyasa Yoga system and currently teaches in the English Lake District. She has been practicing Yoga for fifteen years and teaching for seven. She began teaching in Chile following training at Yoga Shala with Gustavo Ponce and Yoga Mukti Santiago, with Indian teachers Arun HS, Santhanam Iyengar and Rishi Scariya. She has a Yoga teaching qualification from Arun H.S.- one of BKS Iyengar’s foremost Indian disciples. She has studied and practiced traditional Hatha Yoga, Iyengar and Ashtanga methods. Her first explorations into the art of movement began aged 9 with the study of classical ballet. She has taught Afro Dance and studied Theatre and Contemporary Dance.
