Hi
Iam going to be doing the Inca Trail on approx the 8th April 2011 and would have liked to have found a retreat at an high altitude that offers yoga and maybe some detoxing etc to help prepare me for the trail.
Would also have been interested in maybe going for a few days at a yoga retreat on the coast if you know of any places?
Can you please advise?
