Nude Yoga

As mentioned in previous sections, Yoga is the union of body, mind, and spirit. This 500" class="related_products_container"0-year old practice is believed to provide inner peace, increased body awareness, strength, fexibility, and other health benefits.

Practitioners should have enough knowledge and understanding of the various Yoga principles. They should keep in mind that Yoga is a serious discipline. Also considered as a philosophy in life, the goal of Yoga is to achieve balance between mind and body.

Yoga involves an overwhelming number of forms, styles, exercises, and poses. Each has its own unique features and benefits. One form of Yoga that has received comments and criticisms and has been involved in controversies is Nude Yoga, also known as Naked Yoga or Nudist Yoga .

In its simplest form, Nude Yoga is the practice of Yoga without wearing any form of clothing. In general, a nudist setting is the main difference of Nude Yoga from other styles. Its objective is to enable you to feel free in your body and to do the poses and exercises without restrictions brought about by Yoga clothes. This poses a new challenge for Yogis, since the concept of practicing Yoga while being naked is hard to grasp for most people, let alone do Yoga in a class with other nude Yogis. It can be really distracting. Worse thing is the fact that the discomfort may hinder you from getting or feeling the essence of Yoga practice.

However, this should not be the case. Yogis should bear in mind that Nude Yoga is meant to unite the body, mind, and soul. This should not be a sexual experience. Moreover, this is not a Yoga practice for voyeurs, or people who enjoy observing or looking at sex organs of others.

The important thing about Nude Yoga is its principle. It is doing Yoga poses and exercises with freedom from restrictions of clothing. Understanding and accepting this concept can greatly help people in joining a Nude Yoga class without the feeling of discomfort or self-consciousness.

Namaste!
During ancient time Yogi People used to live in the forest in the cave of mountain without cloths and some times without food, water and air (during Samadhi). Still to day some Yogis are there living the same life and they avoid the area where the general people live or move around. They have a full control over five sense organs and Six-enemies. I'm really surprised to know that in modern city life people are also practicing Yoga without cloth may be they also have control over all those, which the Yogis used to have.

yes.........its great to see this type of yoga.....i am having faith in god....i got a chance to meet lot of persons with diff mentality and even think y they are like this......even i feel bad about my self that how i am going to survey in this world............

for the past few days i dont know ,,,,becuse of some sakthi i my self getting a chance to practice yoga myself without any ones help........that sakthi makes me to do diff asanas.........slowly slowly i started doing asanas(that sakthi making me to do)by removing all the cloths making me nude of my self and the time i am sitting infront of this computer is also because of that sakthi only...........

i mistake my self that whether i have some problem or what? because of this lesson i have an idea that ........there is nothing wrong in my behaviour,,,,but that sakthi is teaching me some thing ..........even i am capable enough to judge people.......and some thing will be reflecting my mind before it happens..............i thought of sharing all this with some 1...........

because of that sakthi i also shared all the things ....and now my mind is free.........now a days even we cannot share this type of things with everybody.............
