In the United States, anyone who completes a Yoga Booty Ballet course can become a duly certified instructor.

Averaging around 45 minutes, a Yoga Booty Ballet Session can be done either in studios by joining classes or at home with DVDs and videos serving as an instructional guide. Most of the time, Yoga Booty Ballet is done early in the morning or after a day's work. This can be done up to four times a week. If Yoga Booty Ballet is done on a regular basis, an average of 10 to 20 pounds can be lost in two weeks as what most Yoga Booty Ballet practitioners attest. Truly, Yoga Booty Ballet is a fat burning exercise program for those who want to lose weight and get in shape.
