I am a 35-year-old male with a problems of fatigue and weakness suddenly since last 20 days. I have a problem with thyriod, whcih is under control. If this fatigue or weakness is nerve related, please suggest me some appropriate YOGA for it.

i had met an electrical accident,so i think my nervous gets weakened.. my hands r shanking and i become nwerves..pls give solution...

dont worry man practice yoga for at least one year it make good change,but except any change very soon it will take minimum 6 month for a slight change and do it every day that very important,may jesus bless u

I am a 38 Year Old Male for the last 1& half year i can''t write properly, when i write my hand is shaking, now i am taking Homeopathy medicine, can you please suggest any Yogasana is there for curing Nerves problem.

I am 31 years old male, i''m the Ephilepsy patient but control it by taking the Medicines, but now last one month i got 3 times in the Fit, now after the doctors advice increase the dosage and add the BP tablet also, so plz anybody give a solution to reduce the BP by using the YOGA...

Iam 49 years male working in bank .while holding anything my hands are shaking more. i dont have habits of smoking and hot drinks.i take coffee and tea more like 4 or 5 cups a day.i know yoga. but doing rarely . i walk everyday.please give adviseto come out from this problem.thank you.
